TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SENIOR CARE MARKETING AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Senior Care Marketing AI and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services, Your Content, or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming. We aim to comply with applicable regulations based on the client or product locale being served to the best of our abilities.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
